Architecture-Love Series: vol.1 Contemporary Minimalism

WhereJaffaTel Aviv – Israel
What:  The 100 square metre (1,076.4 square feet) residential flat which overlooks the majestic splendour of the Mediterranean Sea
Who: Pitsou Kedem architect

Wishing this were my flat!  I dream...of  a place like this because of less pollution, sea breeze, plenty of light, less clutter, more open space, and the view of course.

Although the design gives this flat a cave-like cold feeling from photos, in real life, I think with a lot of sunlight, big tall glass windows, and a high ceiling it would be like living closer to nature.  In the winter, a touch of fur, knits, incense, and scented candles would make it a very warm modern cave! OOOO...I'm loving these ideas! How about you?
