I remember watching "What Women Want" starring Mel Gibson and Helen Hunt years ago, even then I was so glad that I was not born male. A women's mind is a tough code to crack, so it only makes sense why the only way Mel Gibson's character got into Helen Hunt's character's psyche was via a lightning strike. In other words, it's nearly impossible for men to know exactly what women want within his hum-man limits. Besides always changing their mood, women always want the men in their lives to look good. The first step towards dropping that not-so-subtle hint is by gifting him something nice so that he'll keep it around for a while.
In contrast, knowing what men want doesn't take the odds of winning the jackpot or that of getting hit by lightning. He either wears pants or shorts, ties or bow-ties, a short-sleeve or long. The idea is that it is a lot easier to figure out what he likes to wear, and Paul Fredrick's Spring Collection for business attire and business casual will strike some chords within him. My favorite style from their spring collection, which launches today, is their vertical stripes dress shirts with solid white collar and French cuff long sleeves. They look great with either solid or patterned silk ties. Any guy who is stylish enough to wear a polka dots tie with a stripe dress shirt would really sweep me off my feet on a Valentine's date.
